Poster sessions allow attendees to delve into and discuss the specifics of an abstract with the author in a one-on-one or small group setting.

Poster Setup Schedule (For Poster Presenters Only):

Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Space, which is one level below the Ground Floor.

Sunday 12 June 2016 - Poster Session 1
Setup:                                      17:00 - 17:45
Session Viewing Times:          18:00 - 20:00
Tear Down:                              Poster must be removed by 10:45 on Monday 13 June. 

Monday 13 June 2016 - Poster Session 2 
Setup:                                      10:45 - 12:30
Session Viewing Times:          12:45 - 14:15
Tear Down:                               Poster must be removed by 18:30

Tuesday 14 June 2016 - Poster Session 3
Setup:                                       07:00 - 07:45
Session Viewing Times:           08:00 - 09:00
Tear Down:                               Poster must be removed by 11:15

Tuesday 14 June 2016 - Poster Session 4
Setup:                                       11:15 - 12:30
Session Viewing Times:           12:45 - 14:15
Tear Down:                               Poster must be removed by 16:30

All posters not removed following its session will be discarded.

Guidelines for Poster Presenters:

  • The bulletin board will be portrait, 2 meters (height) by 1 meter (width). View poster presentation dimensions.
  • Abstract title, author(s), and institution must be placed at the top of your poster board in large lettering.
  • We recommend that you post a large-type copy of your abstract in the upper left corner of your board.
  • Use large type size that can be easily read at a distance of 1-2 meters.
  • Be sure graphs and charts can be easily read at a distance of 1-2 meters.
  • Posters may be printed / displayed as a single large piece of paper OR presenters may choose to post smaller pieces of paper similar to a PowerPoint Presentation print out of each slide.
