The Second Panel on Cost-Effectiveness in Health and Medicine is inviting SMDM to read the draft chapters and provide any feedback. For information on the project and instructions about reading draft chapters and posting comments, click here.

The 2nd Panel on Cost Effectiveness in Health and Medicine was convened in 2012 to update the original Panel book (Gold et al., 1996). The panel is preparing to launch a new book in 2016 and are seeking public review and comments on draft chapters. Panel members will consider comments received as they revise the chapters to prepare the final book. Our goal is to ensure that Panel members are fully aware of the views of a broad array of stakeholders, that we have the opportunity to address concerns prior to finalizing their chapters, and that the book provides material at a level that is helpful to diverse decision makers and potential users of cost effectiveness analyses. Please note that although all comments will be considered and may result in modifications to the final chapters, Panel authors will not be able to respond individually to comments provided. Further, comments will not be identified or posted, except in summary form.
