Discovery Dialogues
This is an opportunity to share something that you’re excited about (e.g., a paper, data set, outrageous social media post, or person) with a group of similarly minded pediatric medical decision making researchers. Discovery Dialogues are intended to be an informal session build camaraderie, learn about others’ research, and share interesting ideas; there’s nothing you need to prepare in advance or read. Come as you are! If you’re not feeling inspired to share, you’re welcome to attend and just listen.

Thursday 6 February 2025
10.00 PST | 13.00 EST | 18.00 UTC | 19.00 CET
February we will not hold Discovery Dialogues. Instead, DSCCo is partnering with Decision Sciences Journal Club to present a pediatric decision sciences journal club discussion led by Shireen Hayatghaibi, PhD, an Assistant Professor in the University of Cincinnati Department of Radiology.
Professor Hayatghaibi's research focuses on understanding how healthcare costs inform the medical decisions of both clinicians and patients. Her overall goal is to reduce the cost of advanced imaging, making it more affordable and accessible to patients and families.
Please register for Decision Sciences Journal Club & DSCCo on 6 February by emailing Tran Doan at trandoan at umich dot edu.
