These room blocks are reserved on a first come, first served basis and SMDM can not guarantee additional rooms once the blocks have sold out.

SMDM shuttles will be available at key times for transportation to/from the following hotels which are not within walking distance: Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn. The bus schedule will be made available to attendees through the meeting app. Public transportation and ride share is also available in Ann Arbor.
