Important Meeting Information

Our virtual meeting is underway! We hope you have already accessed the meeting portal and enjoyed the content; in addition to live sessions, you can view recorded sessions, abstracts and symposia all month. The best way to access the meeting is by using Firefox or Chrome and logging into the meeting portal at:

You must login with the same email address used to register for the event. If logging in for the first time, you will be asked to create a password. Once logged into the meeting app, there are several ways to search. You can browse via schedule or calendar, or scroll further down to search directly for an abstract, symposia, short course, etc. You can also use the search feature and type in a keyword.

You will not be emailed links to individual presentations. All attendees and moderators will access programs by clicking on the specific session title. Live programs can be accessed by clicking the "JOIN NOW" link 15 minutes prior to the session.

For viewing abstracts, when you click on the title, the e-poster or recording will appear at the top of the screen followed by further information about the abstract. Occasionally, depending upon your system, abstracts may take a few moments to load.

For the symposia, there will be a small video recording. Please click on the play button to access the recording prior to the Live Q&A. When the live Q&A takes place, there will be a "JOIN NOW" button under the join live Q&A title.  Occasionally, depending upon your system, recordings may take a few moments to load.

For short courses: please click on the short course tab to find the course you are registered for. Approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the course you will see a "JOIN NOW" button. Reminder: short courses are not included in meeting registration and must be registered for individually. To view a recording of a short course, you must be registered; please allow 1 to 2 days for the recording to be loaded.

Many non-scientific programs are being offered during the meeting as well. We encourage you to browse the calendar to select programs of interest.
