SMDM 2021 Slate of Officers
On behalf of the Nominating Committee, the Officers and the Board of Trustees of the Society for Medical Decision Making, we are pleased to share with you the slate of nominees for Officers and Trustees for election in 2021.

According to the Bylaws of the Society, the membership has the opportunity to add nominees to this slate by petition. Such petitions must be received at the Society's offices no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, July 6, 2021, and must include the name of the nominee, the office, signatures on letters/emails from ten members in good standing endorsing the nomination and a letter/email from the nominee agreeing to serve if elected. Please e-mail petitions to Teresa Belmont at info@SMDM.org.
The slate of nominees, possibly expanded by petition, will be e-mailed to the membership with a link to an online ballot. Voting will open on Monday, July 12, 2021 and will include biographic sketches submitted by each nominee. Voting will be by secret ballot and will close on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. All individual members in good standing as of June 1, 2021, regardless of membership type, are eligible to vote.
