University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Faculty Positions

The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, Section of Decision Sciences invites applications for faculty positions at the assistant, associate or full professor rank. 

Candidates must have a medical (MD) or doctoral-level degree (PhD or equivalent), a well-articulated research focus, and a demonstrated track record of research involving peer-reviewed publications and/or intra- or extramural grant funding. Preference will be given to candidates whose decision science research overlaps with the Division’s other areas of research focus, including: palliative and end-of-life care, health care disparities, women’s health, alcohol and substance abuse disorders, media, smart technology, behavioral health, and health behaviors associated with chronic health conditions. Rank, tenure status and salary are dependent upon qualifications and experience.
